Roles and Responsibility ?

Account Manager
• Account Manager can search and update details of associate belongs to him/her.
• Can download all active data into excel.
• Can View the history details of an associate belongs to him/her.
• Can create their own delegate
• Can download the data into excel for the same
Delegate Account Manager
• Delegate Account Manager can search and update the details of an associate same
as Account Manager.
• Can download all active data into excel.
• Delegate Account Manager can view the History details of an associate same as
Account Manager.
• Can download the data into excel for the same.
Business SPOC
• Business SPOC can search and update details of an associate belongs to his/her
business.
• Can download all active data into excel.
• Can view the history details/update of an associate belongs to his/her business.
• Can download the data into excel for the same.

Roles and Responsibility ?

Delegate Business SPOC
• Delegate Business SPOC can view and update all the records for particular
business.
• Can download all active data into excel.
• Can View the history details of associate belongs to particular business.
• Can download the data into excel for the same.
Super Users
• Super Users can view and update record of any associate who belongs the TCS-GE
ISU by selecting the Account Manager from the dropdown.
• Can download the data into excel for the same records.
• Can view the History details of an associate belong to TCS-GE SU.
• Can download the History data into excel for whole TCS-GE ISU.
Delegate Super Users
• Delegate Super Users can view and update all the records for whole TCS-GE ISU by
selecting Account Manager from the dropdown.
• Can download the data into excel for the whole TCS-GE ISU.
• Can view the History details of an associate belong to TCS-GE SU.
• Can download the History data into excel for whole TCS-GE ISU.

Dynamic Search

gets auto-populated

Associate Type get autopopulated. It can be
either TCS Employee
or Sub Contractor.

Please provide
Associate’s AM id.

Select Super Business , Business
and Sub-Business names
(Mandatory fields) from the list of
values / drop down boxes

Note: If someone is off-boarded from project, the expectation is that AM knows where he/she will be allocated immediately after off-boarding. If
there is any gap when project is being decided, full off-boarding (from GDC) operation has to be performed for that associate. AM can decide to
keep people tagged to an existing project and keep him/her non-billable.
One must be tagged to a project e-Measure or a generic e-Measure (like a SWON). Billable field can be selected as “Non-Billable”
in that case.
Associate Who do not have any emeasure id and waiting for project or from leadership team. Please select emeasure id as
(Business name+1234) ex: For GE Infrastructure Infra-1234.

SSO ID. and

verifies the SSO ID and
then auto populates SSO ID
Creation Date and Sponsor
SSO details.

Auto Populate from
On Boarding
details. If not please
select the from
calendar.

Asset ID, Type, Shift ,Floor ,Unit ,Desk are
gets auto populate from On boarding
application. If details are not correct please
update the same.
If Location Type is GDC-Site then only Floor,
Desk and Building fields will be enabled.

Note : In the absence of SSO ID for any associate , user can enter blank (remove all spaces). On click of Validate button , system autopopulates null into SSO_ID Creation Date and Sponsor SSO fields.

Note: PMM quiz clearance Date , AUG Sign Off Date, SIA sign Off ,Physical Access Creation date, Network Access creation date, GDC OnBoarding Date, Application security Trained status and Application security date all are Auto populate from Different schema like AUG, Entry
and Application security schema etc.

Transfer to other TCS branch,
Off-boarding from one business group to another (Ex: GE Corporate to GE Infra)
Off-Boarded from GDC
Conversion of BA as TCS employee etc.,

View Resource Register

• System shows multiple entries / rows for each associate. Data archived in the Resource Register screen only if
there was a change in the Resource Status field in ‘Edit Associate Portfolio’ screen
• Screen shows data on the basis of role. You have.
• If You are AM/Delegate Am, You will be able to view Associates under the AM.
• If You are Business SPOC/Delegate Business SPOC , You will be able to view data under Your Business.
• Click on Excel download icon to download the history data into excel
• If You are not able to view any record. Which You are suppose to. Please insert employee id in Search Associate
History field and click on Search Associate button.

Click on the ‘View/upload documents’ link to get the functionality for
a particular record , a new window is opened .
Browse the file to be uploaded

Some Questions ???
From Where Data
gets populate for
the first time?

• Once BGC/On Boarding process gets completed in Entry
Management Application Active Record for that Associate
flows into Life Cycle Management Application,
• Some details will automatically get populated :
Example: AUG, PMM QUIZ, RMG data etc

What and How I
need to insert
details?

• Most of the details automatically gets populated from
different schema.
• Maximum columns having dropdown features or calendar.
You have to select appropriate value from the given
dropdown.

Data is not available
of Associate under
any AM/Business?

• First confirm Entry workflow is completed for the Associate ?
• Is associate tagged to any AM and valid user as per RMG
data?.
• Exit record is not created for the Associate.
